employment, or fiduciary relationship between ErrandPOA and any user, or
between users.The term “POA” is used for convenience only and does not create a legal power
of attorney, fiduciary duty, or authority to act on behalf of another person.

• The errands they create, accept, or manage
• Verifying the identity and reliability of other users
• The accuracy of all submitted information
• Compliance with applicable laws and regulations

• The reliability or conduct of users

All interactions and agreements between users are made at your own risk.

• ErrandPOA is not responsible for payment disputes
• Users are solely responsible for financial arrangements

8. Subscription and Billing
ErrandPOA may offer paid features or subscriptions. By purchasing, you agree
that:• Pricing will be disclosed prior to purchase
• Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled
• Payments may be processed by third-party providers
If you subscribe through an app marketplace, billing and refunds are handled by
that provider, and you must manage your subscription through your account
with that provider.

issued for partially used subscription periods. Exceptions may be granted at

• The amount you paid to ErrandPOA in the past 12 months, or
